In a nut-shell there are eleven essential noots (aka nutrients) that we need for living in more wellness, expanding and extending our memory and our moods. Remember the 'Food Mood Factor'??? If not, read the link via our Blog...Its so worth it.
In short, these must-have-noots are carbs (aka Carbohydrates), Calcium, Good Fats (ie. from pure oils, nuts, etc), Vitamins, Minerals, Omega-3s, Potassium, Protein, Salt (the real kind vs. the processed or chemical kind), Sunshine (aka Vitamin-D) and Water (the pure, unadultered kind less the Chloride and/or Flouride).
